1. Who We Are

Dupla FZCO is a sports sponsorship broker registered in the UAE Free Zone. We connect brands with sports properties including Formula 1, football, tennis, and other disciplines. 2. Data Collected

When you request access to the F1 2026 Sponsorship Intelligence Dashboard, we collect:

• Corporate email address
• Your qualifying response (sponsorship situation)
• Timestamp of submission
• Usage analytics (page views, session data via Vercel Analytics — anonymised)

We do not collect payment data, sensitive personal data, or any data beyond the above.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for the following purposes:

• Granting and managing access to the dashboard
• Qualifying your interest in sports sponsorship
• Direct commercial outreach by email from the Dupla team
• Improving our services and understanding our audience

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of consent (you submitted the form) and legitimate interest (commercial outreach relevant to the service you accessed). We are compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is stored in internal tools (Supabase database, restricted access) and accessible only to the Dupla team. No data processors outside of Supabase (EU-based infrastructure) handle your data.

6. Retention

We retain your data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and UAE data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing for commercial outreach
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Access to stored lead data is restricted to authorised Dupla team members only.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the dashboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
