The F1 2026 Sponsorship Intelligence Dashboard is a proprietary data tool operated by Dupla FZCO. It provides sponsorship data and analysis for the 2026 Formula 1 season, intended for use by business professionals evaluating sports sponsorship opportunities.

2. Eligibility

To access this dashboard, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be acting in a professional or commercial capacity
• Provide a valid corporate email address (not a personal webmail address)
• Provide accurate and truthful responses in the access form

Access requests using personal email addresses (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) are automatically declined. Dupla reserves the right to revoke access at any time.

3. Form Submission & Consent

By submitting the access request form, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that submitting the form constitutes consent to receive commercial outreach from Dupla FZCO by email. This outreach is the commercial consideration exchanged for free access to the dashboard.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, data, design, and code in this dashboard is owned by or licensed to Dupla FZCO. Formula 1, F1, and related trademarks are the property of Formula One Licensing BV. Team names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Dupla FZCO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Formula One Group or any F1 constructor team.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this dashboard without prior written consent from Dupla FZCO.

All content is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Dupla FZCO makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the data. Sponsorship data may change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dupla FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this dashboard, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Commercial Outreach

By accessing the dashboard, you acknowledge and accept that Dupla FZCO may contact you by email to discuss sports sponsorship opportunities. This is the commercial basis on which free access to the dashboard is provided. If you wish to opt out of commercial outreach, email miguel@teamdupla.com and we will remove you from our outreach list within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the dashboard shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
